* E-newsletters: how to increase response rates, expand readership, automate contact list storage
* Online Donations and other E-fundraising tips
* Implementing free online petitions and surveys to grow your list of prospective supporters
* Social networking sites like Facebook --- are they really worth it?
* Free online tools to ease organizational administration

This will be a full and interactive workshop that will help you:

Alison Kennedy-Sayers, MA/ABS worked for non-profits for over 15 years before devoting herself full-time to organization and leadership development consulting. She is in her 5th year of working with leaders and teams in the micro-business, non-profit, community partnership, and government agency sectors.
