Full Circle Intertribal Center, Nourishing Traditions Program
Nourishing Traditions is held the 1st Thursday of each month.
Location: Youth Garden Project's kitchen
3-5pm- Cook Through Culture Together
5-9pm- Shared Meal
FCIC provides a safe space for Natives by Natives.
Come and share a traditional Navajo meal together. Steamed corn stew, ash bread, Navajo tea, and blue mush. The primary focus is restoring the cycles of Matriarchy and perpetuating tradition for future generations.
